Requirements: As a result of the testing performed, the Drill team, in conjunction with the BCDR team and service teams, reviews supporting evidence documented in the BCDR Program in the Azure Global Portal and in work items in Azure DevOps and identifies improvement opportunities for short, medium, and long-term follow-up. If critical issues are identified during an exercise, they are worked on until resolution, and BCDR documenation is updated accordingly as needed. The overall readiness of the BCP and DRP includes the readiness to execute the plan per the test results. Azure assesses the effects on organizational operations and assets for every test exercise. The appropriate service team updates BCDR documentation for any issue identified. |
