Title: Unsuccessful Logon Attempts - Actions

Description: The information system: Automatically locks the account/node for thirty (30) minutes or until released by an administrator when the maximum number of unsuccessful attempts is exceeded.
Requirements: For all access to the environment, Azure personnel must use multifactor authentication using a smart card and PIN. Once a user’s smart card is locked out after five (5) invalid access attempts against the smart card, the user must contact an administrator through the help desk to manually unblock and reset the PIN.
