Requirements: Microsoft Managers of employees are responsible for ensuring personnel transfer is initiated within twenty-four (24) hours for personnel who are reassigned or transferred to other positions within the organization in the Employee Central system. Subsequently, the new managers of employees are responsible to approve the initiated request in the Employee Central system. Microsoft defines the transfer or reassignment actions to implement using the Employee Central system, which is managed by Microsoft Human Resources. When an individual transfers to a position within a different cost center, an Employee Central transfer transaction is keyed into system by HR Operations. |
